I created a set of personas for a board presentation on change management and AI adoption in the workplace. These personas mapped where employees stood on two dimensions: their familiarity with AI and their willingness to adopt it into daily workflows. This gave senior leadership a clear, human view of the adoption challenge, making it easier to see where resistance or hesitation might come from and how to address it.
