Created full employee journey map, helping HR teams understand all stages of employee experience at Etisalat.

Made a complete employee journey map in the same workshop as the employee profiles. This helped HR teams see the whole employee experience, including parts they don't usually work on. For example, the hiring team looked at training, and the rewards team looked at onboarding. This let the teams spot problems and come up with ideas for parts of the employee journey they don't normally handle, making a team effort map.
