Developed a service blueprint focusing on Etisalat's recruitment and onboarding processes. This blueprint connected each step of the new employee journey to key concepts we identified. It helped us see what tools, systems, and support would be needed to improve these early stages of the employee experience. The blueprint allowed teams to spot opportunities and plan resources for enhancing recruitment and onboarding practices
