Created employee personas to understand attitudes and skills for AI transformation and change management.

I developed personas representing our employees' varied attitudes towards AI adoption. These profiles showed different skill levels and comfort with technology across the company. By mapping out these personas, we identified potential champions and those needing extra support. This helped us create tailored strategies for change management, ensuring everyone could participate in our AI transformation regardless of their starting point. The personas guided our training programs and communication approaches.
